Section off the top of your hair to have less hair to curl at once. Start curling with a wand: Curl the hair outwards. Secure curls with hair spray. Continue to curl your entire head. Once your curls are finished, brush out with a paddle brush to achieve a more voluminous look. Next, use a comb to tease your hair and make it full. Loosely hold the ends of your hair and tease upwards into the root. Continue this step on all your hair. Finally smooth out the tops and secure with some hairspray.
