00:00Ninety-four percent of women in C-suites, that means really high up, identify as an athlete because they were
00:07in sports.
00:08Every day I use what I learned on the court.
00:10But I was dreaming about my sport and I realized that everyone wore white shoes, white socks, white clothes,
00:16played with white balls, and everybody who played was white.
00:18And I asked myself this question, where is everybody else?
00:22And that was my moment that changed my whole life.
00:24And I knew if I could get good enough, if I could become number one, maybe I could help change
00:29the world to make it a better place,
00:31be more inclusive, lift people up, and help each other to respect each other.
00:35And the Millennials and the Gen Z are the best generations ever in the history of the world that are
00:42about inclusion.
00:44You get it. I wish I were your age again because you're living large in the way that we need
00:49to be living.
00:50You really are wonderful to each other.
00:51And women are taught, you know, that we don't get along.
00:55You've got to just change that right now.
00:57I am so sick of hearing that, I could puke.
