00:14Okay, so I have a hodgepodge of things really, but all kinds of things to really keep my
00:20skin as normal as it can be.
00:23I love a dry mask.
00:26This is a Charlotte Tilbury, and she makes a magic facial jar sheet mask.
00:30I don't like it when masks get all wet and they start dripping on you.
00:34You just put it on your face, scare some of the kids on the airplane.
00:38I also like to wear socks on the plane.
00:41These are my Pimple Popper socks.
00:42When you put them on, if somebody's making me mad, like being really loud in the corner,
00:46I just put my feet up and pop their head.
00:49What can I share about the new season on TLC?
00:52Well, it's going to be amazing.
00:54These are really cases that I've never seen before.
00:57I've never seen them to quite this extent.
00:59I got my sleep mask.
01:01I've got a cat's sleep mask.
01:02I wear this and my mask too, so I guess I scare people with that.
01:06My wipes if I need to clean any area, like on the airplane, my hands, my face.
01:13And of course, my Dr. Pimple Popper emergency kit because I'm a dermatologist.
01:18I have my own steroid, low potency steroid that you use to inject the pimple to make it disappear instantly
01:24because we all hate pimples, but when I get one and I'm doing something like press, it's particularly hard.
01:31I can actually self-inject and make a pimple go away within 24 hours.
01:35I've got my sunscreen, you know, in the plane.
01:37We're closer to the sun.
01:38This is really great.
01:39This is UV bounce.
01:40This is my favorite powdered sunscreen.
01:43This is actually part of my line, SLMD Skin Care.
01:46Why I have this skincare line is really because I know that people on my YouTube channel,
01:51people that watch me on TLC, they really are asking me about questions about their own skin.
01:57You know, primarily about acne and pimples, which makes sense, but also other skin conditions.
02:02And I really want to provide products for people that I know work.
02:06I've got my hyaluronic acid too.
02:08Hyaluronic acid in general is really moisturizing.
02:10It is a product that is hydrophilic, meaning it draws in water.
02:15So this is something that I'm going to use on my hands, you know, on the corners of my mouth,
02:19on my elbows and areas because it's so, you're so prone to drying out, especially on the plane.
02:24And of course, I've got my emergency pimple popper instruments, my comedone extractors.
02:29There's something that I have to get to, my blackhead extractor.
02:33You know, that light in the bathroom is actually pretty good.
02:36Please do good with these and not evil.
02:38That's what I always try to tell people.
02:39And of course, I've got to have a nail file.
02:41I don't want to have a little nick in my nail and scratch my own skin.
02:43So that's pretty much what I have in here.
02:46These kinds of things help me out and make my flights and my travel much more enjoyable
02:51and really makes my skin sane.
