00:44potentially looking into this situation the Metropolitan Police are investigating why they
00:49didn't alert anyone to this at the time that they passed on the letter so it's a very very
00:54difficult and painful moment for her and you know from talking to people close to her she's been in
01:01bits she's really struggling she's away with Harry and the children at the moment for half term they're
01:07surrounded by some close friends she has other friends checking in with her daily you know whatever
01:13your feelings about her whether you're a fan or not a fan and we know many people aren't you cannot
01:20help but feel some sympathy for her being you know caught up in this situation which is way beyond her
01:26control and deeply deeply troubling
