00:18First, grab a clean sponge from your kitchen.
00:21Cut it into the size of a postage stamp.
00:24Polish your nails a dusty or a navy blue.
00:28Over the blue, polish one layer of opaque white polish and wait for it to dry.
00:34Then take the sponge and dip it in an acetone-based polish remover.
00:38Swipe it over the white layer of polish, revealing the blue underneath.
