00:00Hollywood remembers Patrick Stewart, the diplomat gets renewed, and Jennifer Lawrence may have let
00:04a Hunger Games secret leak a little too early. Here are the stories you need to know. The industry
00:09is paying tribute to Patrick Stewart after the iconic actor's death at age 86 following a battle
00:14with Alzheimer's disease and Lewy body dementia. Marvel Studios head Kevin Feige recalled how he
00:19was in awe of Stewart the first time he saw him on set of X-Men. He said the actor
00:23turned out to
00:24be everything he had seen on screen in Star Trek and more. His Star Trek Generations co-star
00:28William Shatner shared that Stewart brought intelligence, grace, and a deep sense of
00:32humanity to everything he did. He said Captain Picard stood for the best of us and so did the
00:36man who played him. And fellow Marvel actor Hugh Jackman wrote how he lost one of the greats of
00:41stage and screen. He also said that he learned so much from Stewart and will miss him for all of
00:45his
00:45days. The diplomat will continue. The Emmy-winning Netflix series has been renewed for a fifth season
00:50following season four's dramatic cliffhanger ending. In more Netflix news, Donald Glover is
00:54teaming up with a streamer to turn the video game PUBG into a TV show. If you're unfamiliar,
00:59PUBG, or PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds, is a battle royale game in which up to 100 players are
01:04deposited on an island and fight to be the last one standing. Stephen Glover will also write and
01:08executive produce. Director Frances Lawrence doesn't seem thrilled that Jennifer Lawrence
01:12has spilled the tea on her return as Katniss Everdeen. Earlier this week, Jennifer confirmed that
01:17she, Josh Hutcherson, and Woody Harrelson will all appear in the forthcoming Hunger Games prequel,
01:21Sunrise on the Reefing. Here's what she said about the reunion on the Call Her Daddy podcast.
01:25It was so emotional. It was so beautiful. At the film's London premiere, the director revealed that
01:30he waited until the final hour to tell the original Hunger Games stars about the cameos because, well,
01:36Jen and Woody can be a bit unfiltered at times, and so I just didn't want them spilling secrets
01:43as she just did on a podcast. Well, the secret is now out, but it is making Hunger Games fans
01:48even
01:48more excited to see the new movie. For more on all these stories, you can go to THR.com.
