00:01Lens is also playing against Kama midweek so important match day today on
00:07InSports where we go then Tovan kicks off and kicks for territory as is often
00:17the case these days and it'll be a Lens throw
00:29Kofi seems to have recovered this is Haraldson a little bit of a risky ball and
00:33Lens have picked it up and now the chance for a transition and Torgan Hazard who
00:40scored the winner against Paris FC last week with an early chance here to open
00:47the scoring in the Derby Andre careful ball out to Mbappe and Mbappe steps back
00:54inside looks for the back post and just goes the wrong side of it it had Robin
01:00Risa with no clean sheets this season scrambling
01:11and 19 year old Aiton Mbappe looking for his third goal of the season wasn't too
01:16far away they really need to get the trainer on Mbappe
01:23well Sotoko will get back up again but that was a whiplash effect
01:27that's a lovely ball good save by Risa
01:35Sotoko will get back up
01:39with a chance to get on the score sheet
01:44man who set up Aiton Mbappe's goal last week coming close
01:58so Riva
01:59yeah Aiton has been in a
02:01option
02:16very strong from corners
02:18Lille
02:19here's Haraldson
02:20decent delivery
02:23and it's Roman Perrault was backtracking as he got his head on that
02:30Matthew Udall in front of him makes a change to rather than Mbappe
02:34in by Goffey
02:36back post June
02:38and it's gone behind off of Ruben Aguilar
02:42for a corner
02:46Lille beginning to build again
02:50attempted punch by Risa but didn't get there
02:56needn't have worried because nobody in a Lille shirt was aware to it either
02:59Haraldson with the second corner
03:02good delivery
03:03out swing away from the goalkeeper
03:04back inside
03:05Deion off the bar
03:09so close to his first Ligue 1 goal of the season
03:13Mbappe
03:16can't get back into the penalty area
03:25thumping shot from the 19 year old
03:28in his first derby start
03:32his second chance at the game
03:34gave that one a lot closer than the first
03:36to going in
03:40Akin Haraldson and Nabil Bentaleb
03:43maybe thinking about changing it
03:46direct free kick
03:51Muko and Andre with the secondary wall bouncing up and down
03:55it's Bentaleb who hits it straight against the top of the wall
04:00and a rather disappointing set piece comes to its end with a goal kick
04:06just didn't get the height on it
04:08Sotica who gave away the free kick making up for it by getting in the way
04:12Kuisoz beautiful ball
04:15now better
04:17Abdul Hamid
04:19into the box
04:20good shot saved by Oza
04:22first thing he's had to do in about half an hour
04:30lovely ball out to the right wing back
04:33exchanging passes the Saudi Arabian back into the box
04:41and a good save needed to stop him
04:44Mbappe
04:46tackled by Udall this time
04:49some nil-nils are pretty agreeable to watch
04:53this one is certainly intense and it's certainly engaging but
04:57not a lot happening in terms of attack
05:00however it might happen here
05:02forward comes
05:04Tova
05:06hits the first defender though with the shot
05:09Todibo
05:10Andre's down
05:11referee is not interested
05:14Aydara
05:17Udall
05:20with Goffi in front of him
05:24Beidou
05:25well that's it for the first half of the 125th Derby du Nord
05:30the Northern Derby has been intense
05:32not too much in the way of quality
05:45Derby du Nord is underway again in the second half
05:47and a slightly different tactic from
05:50Launce rather than kicking for a throw in
05:52they've kicked for the full goal
05:53and Muko's on the ball again here
05:55finds Mbappe
05:59Mbappe's first chance to go for goal
06:00and it's pushed away
06:05by Robin Reeser
06:07who is half way to his first clean sheet of the whole season
06:18Mbappe
06:19already proving indispensable at 19 years old
06:21two goals
06:26not too far away from a third
06:36Torgan Hazard
06:37and Freund
06:39Tovan
06:39just lining up a
06:41relatively token offering of a wall
06:47oh that's clever
06:49Mbappe
06:50and it needs the save from Reeser
06:54Mbappe getting busy in the second half
06:57and Bentelev there not too far away from an assist
07:03it would have been his second after he set up a goal on the opener
07:06of the season
07:07coming more and more like
07:09the first goal might well be the winner
07:12or will it just be the touch paper
07:14here comes
07:15Dio Un again
07:19nicely cut back inside
07:20has he got the corner?
07:22he has
07:26the teenager is leading the way
07:30in fact two teenagers are
07:32on each side
07:33Mbappe on one side
07:36Dio Un on the other
07:40headed out by
07:41Mathieu Udall
07:42oh that's been lost by
07:45Mbappe
07:46and now there's a chance here for
07:48Satoka to race through
07:50and he just over cooked it
07:52and it allowed Urza to make the challenge
07:55still not away though in
07:56it comes again
07:57out by Alessandro
07:59and Cardell thinking that the game is beginning to run out of time already in terms of a goal
08:03both sides somewhat cancelling each other out
08:06but if any team is going to score
08:07Lille might
08:08Haraldsson into the middle
08:09Haraldsson
08:10first real shot at goal for the Icelandic international
08:14and Rissa is there again to stop him
08:22lovely ball from Mbappe
08:24but Haraldsson unable to beat the keeper
08:32Olivier Giroud at the grand old age of 40
08:35Lille's oldest ever scorer
08:40and Lille on the attack
08:42Perra with the ball into the box
08:43and Giroud is into the action straight away
08:45Bentilev's there
08:46stolen off him
08:49and the same made by Rissa
08:54nice by Giroud
08:56that's lifted the crowd a little bit
08:58Andre Haraldsson
08:59now they need some good balls here
09:01nice into space
09:03out wide then from
09:05that's a better ball in
09:07oh what a piece of defending
09:09by Antonio
09:11right in front of Olivier Giroud
09:17incredible last ditch piece of play
09:20Giroud's back heel helping to start it off
09:23Berdonk
09:24Giroud
09:25two substitutes
09:28combining Haraldsson
09:30Giroud wants it in the middle
09:31however there's an overload of defenders
09:33on that far side
09:35still going though he's backward
09:44what
09:45in by Diayun
09:48and Giroud says he was pulled back
09:52but it's another close call for
10:08to win
10:09Florian Tovan's free-kick
10:10it's a decent one in
10:12oh it's just wide
10:19Bulatovic has only just come on
10:21and that was very close.
10:25Bentelev.
10:29Brought down by N'Goy.
10:35Bakwa.
10:37Trying to go past three defenders.
10:39It's Udol who clears it eventually.
10:41Only as far as Alessandro.
10:43Bentelev turns and shoots
10:45and it's saved.
10:46Rebound to Giroud!
10:48Who's done it?
10:52Four minutes from the end
10:53of the 125th
10:55Derby de Nore.
10:58It's the old man of time
10:59who has rolled it back.
11:03And extends his record
11:05of being the eldest man to score for
11:07Lille with a goal
11:09that will put him into the legend of the club.
11:16His third goal.
11:18This one comes off the bench.
11:22Olivier Giroud
11:23doing exactly what he was brought on to do.
11:27He's been a danger ever since he arrived.
11:30Bentelev's shot
11:31and Giroud the poacher
11:33onto the rebound.
11:36Lille have the lead.
11:39Four minutes from the end of the game
11:43and L'Anse have fallen apart.
11:45Referee might as well blow
11:46because L'Anse have got nothing really left to offer.
11:50Still he allows it to go on.
11:53And he ends it finally
11:54and Lille take victory
11:56thanks to an Olivier Giroud stunner.
12:06All right.
