Eight hundred years ago, the God of Light, Sol, coveted Persephone’s divine power. He tricked the God of the Underworld into a cursed pact: every century, her reincarnated daughter must become his bride.
Each bride slowly loses her divine power and dies within a year. For eight lifetimes, families are forced to sacrifice their daughters. But the truth lies hidden in the Memory Exchange, while the River Styx guards the souls of the past.
