00:38And we're underway.
00:39Looking at these two men, I don't think there's going to be anything traditional about this one-on-one matchup.
00:45And it looks to me like this entire arena is on its feet, and understandably so.
00:50Chad Gable has superior resilience.
00:52Just when you think the Olympian is down for good, Gable finds a second win.
00:57Gable prides himself on his endurance and versatility as a competitor, Saxton.
01:02And he does whatever it takes to finish the job.
01:10The human body can all these...
01:18Going for the pin.
01:19And Chad Gable quickly kicks out.
01:21It's going to take more than that.
01:41Oh, I think this man meets in a pin attempt.
01:43Gable quickly getting the shoulder up.
01:45He is not going to go down without a fight, Michael.
01:48Great offense by Aleister Black.
01:50Aleister Black with the offense.
01:53Chad Gable not looking so good.
01:55But he's not appearing too worse for wear.
01:57At least not yet, anyway.
01:59I wouldn't call for the medics.
02:00He's got him covered.
02:02Gable quickly getting the shoulder up.
02:04Not yet.
02:06Great move.
02:12Since common sense doesn't appear to be so common, I'll share this for opponents of Chad Gable.
02:17Don't even dream of trying to beat him on the map.
02:20Gable will know what you're doing before you can even think about it.
02:35And Gable is feeding off the WWE Universe.
02:41Well, Corey, though I wouldn't put it the way you did,
02:43I have to agree with you that it would be foolish of anyone to try and get the best of
02:46Chad Gable
02:47with any sort of ground attack.
02:49It's just not going to happen.
02:50The last thing I'd do in a match against Chad Gable
02:52is try to gain an offensive strategy by attacking him on the mat.
02:56That's a price you don't want to pay.
02:58Gable knows more holds and counter holds than many in the locker room combined.
03:17He's got to hurry if he doesn't want to get counted out here.
03:19Time certainly not on his side, Michael.
03:23He wants no part of the outside.
03:35Look at this!
03:41Oh yeah, here's Alistair.
03:43Alistair Black makes a cover.
03:45Gable quickly getting the shoulder up.
03:47I'm not surprised Gable kicked out there.
03:49That's what Olympians do.
03:52And the instinct from Gable on display.
03:55So quick.
03:57Clearly on a mission here.
03:58Alistair Black makes a cover.
04:03Alistair Black wins.
04:11And here's another look at some incredible action
04:13from a match that we're not likely to stop talking about for a long, long time.
04:21I can watch highlights of that one all night long.
04:25One of the great WWE matches I've ever been able to watch.
04:33From the opening bell, this match was won for the ages.
04:37I'm almost speechless.
04:39Almost.
04:41Ladies and gentlemen, that's a very big win here tonight.
04:44That was simply a case of one guy determined to prove his dominance over another.
04:49It'll be interesting to see the fallout following this big singles win here tonight.
04:59This should be an incredible matchup.
05:01I mean, both men have extensive offensive repertoire.
05:06Lasting endurance.
05:07Looking for all the glory here.
05:09Kicks out in the nick of time.
05:10I'm not surprised Gable kicked out there.
05:12That's what Olympians do.
05:22Up and over with a suplex.
05:41Look at Chad Gable here.
05:59The shoulders are down.
06:05Yes!
06:05Takes it!
06:13Now let's take a look back at these guys in action.
06:17Here is your winner, Chad Gable!
06:21A very impressive victory for Chad Gable.
06:24That's the...
06:29I look for Chad Gable to kick things off with incredible offense.
06:33Gable's trademarks include submission holds, airstrikes, and devastating German suplexes.
06:39And this is one of those matches where it's hard to believe we get paid for this.
06:43Well, actually, it's hard to believe Saxton gets paid for anything.
06:46Chad Gable has superior resilience.
06:48Just what do you think the Olympians...
06:52...is down for good?
06:54Gable finds a second win.
06:56Gable prides himself on his endurance and versatility as a competitor, Saxton.
07:00And he does whatever it takes to finish the job.
07:05We may be looking at a powerbomb here.
07:08That's exactly what it looks like to me, Cole.
07:10So, several...
07:12...different ways this can end.
07:14And all of them involve pain.
07:19Look out!
07:20Breaks free from the cradle.
07:21And now it's time to capitalize.
07:31There he goes!
07:32Crashing to the floor!
07:39Bringing it back between the ropes.
07:41In position for a powerbomb.
07:44And that's not a good place to be, Cole.
07:46Oh no, we could be looking at a powerbomb.
07:49I think you're right, Cole.
07:51Look out!
08:01He's inflicting some serious pain here.
08:03Speed, power, coordination, and balance.
08:07All of these things are required for Chad Gable to execute grand amplitude.
08:11Once the Olympian drops you on the canvas and bridges into a pinfall, there's no escape.
08:23He fights his way free.
08:25But how much energy did he exhaust fighting his way out?
08:29Perhaps a powerbomb here, Corey.
08:31That certainly seems to be the case.
08:33Just like you mentioned earlier, Corey, Chad Gable utilizes all of his athletic tools to drop an opponent with grand
08:38amplitude.
08:39Thanks to Gable's incredible technique, once he gets that bridge in place, the match is over.
08:44We talk a lot about Chad Gable's amateur background.
08:47One of the ways that background makes grand amplitude even more dangerous as a finisher is because Gable can get
08:53an opponent into it from so many different situations.
08:58Did you hear that?
09:00Did you hear that?
09:00What impact?
09:17Alistair Black, a little out of his element here.
09:19Well, he knew this was going to be a fight heading into this one.
09:21He's seemed more motivated than ever heading into this match, which makes me think he still has plenty of fight
09:26left in him.
09:33And Gable is feeding off the WWE Universe.
09:53And Gable is feeding off the WWE Universe.
09:56Oh, come on, not like this.
09:58This is not how I wanted to see this end.
10:01We got our money's worth for that one.
10:03Take a look.
10:05Here is your winner, Chad Gable.
10:09And it's a count-out victory here tonight.
10:12Hey, a win's a win, but I'm not sure if there are many...
10:19This will surely be a true mano-a-mano test.
10:22It's amazing.
10:23For more than 50 years, men and women have entered this ring all in the name of greatness to see
10:28who is truly the best.
10:29I think when it's all said and done, we'll be talking about this match for a long time.
10:34When I looked at the card for tonight, this one definitely stood out as one you don't want to miss.
10:40Usually making a quiet home in the darkness, Aleister Black only rises to compete.
10:46Now the Dutch Destroyer might emerge out of the darkness just long enough to knock someone's head off.
10:54Five!
10:59Six!
11:04We may have a count-out here, guys.
11:06It certainly looks that way, Michael.
11:15In position for a power-bomb.
11:17And that's not a good place to be, Cole.
11:20Oh, no.
11:21We could be looking at a power-bomb.
11:23I think you're right, Cole.
11:24Look out.
11:35Oh, I think this man means business.
11:40Perhaps a power-bomb here, Corey.
11:42That certainly seems to be the case.
11:45Looks like a power-bomb coming up.
11:47There may be no escaping this one, Cole.
11:51Can you believe this battle's not over yet?
11:53Way too early.
11:55Aleister Black with some good timing here.
11:57Aleister Black with the offense.
12:01Just carrying the opposition here.
12:03But you can't carry your opponent all day.
12:05You gotta make a move eventually.
12:08Very difficult position to be in right now.
12:11Yeah, situations like this usually don't end very pleasantly.
12:18We're witnessing a level of punishment that can only be described as severe.
12:22I don't think Chad Gable is looking so good right now.
12:25I don't think he expected to be in this position here.
12:28And the instinct from Gable on display.
12:31So quick.
12:34Whoa, did you see what he just did?
12:36Incredible.
12:48Check out Chad Gable's offense.
13:05Look at Chad Gable here.
13:07Aleister Black appearing uneasy here.
13:09He came into this match expecting a fight.
13:11And that's exactly what he's getting.
13:12Well, he had to expect to take some punishment tonight.
13:15You don't step in the ring with this guy and walk away completely unscathed.
13:18This match is so evenly contested right now that it's almost impossible to pick a winner.
13:23I guess we'll just have to settle in and enjoy the action.
13:31He's inflicting some serious pain here.
13:36Four.
13:41Four.
13:46Six.
13:48Double axe handle.
13:51He's got to hurry if he doesn't want to get counted out here.
13:53Time's certainly not on his side, Michael.
13:56Eight.
14:01One.
14:06Two.
14:08Ah, backdrop suplex.
14:11Three.
14:11Three.
14:16Four.
14:21Five.
14:26Six.
14:27Back now inside the ring.
14:31It's all academic from here.
14:33Aleister Black beginning to look a little tired.
14:36You have to wonder if he could recover from this, guys.
14:38Oh, man.
14:39His chances are dwindling quickly.
14:41He's just taken on so much punishment.
14:43At this point, they both look to be about evenly matched.
14:47Maybe I'd give him an edge, but not by much.
14:54One move after the other.
14:55It's devastating.
14:56Chad Gable is being outworked here tonight.
14:58Where do you think he should go from here?
15:00He doesn't want to absorb much more punishment if he wants to win this match.
15:06What is keeping Chad Gable in this match?
15:08Barely hanging in there.
15:10Looks to me like he just hit a wall.
15:11He has got to fight back.
15:13Now is the time for Chad Gable to find a way to shift into that extra gear.
15:24Offense like this is exactly how a competitor takes control of a match.
15:31Look at this.
15:40Oh, boy.
15:40He is rolling.
15:54Boy, this has just been pandemonium.
16:01Great offense by Aleister Black.
16:16Check out Chad Gable's offense.
16:20Look at Chad Gable here.
16:25Now that's the type of move that sends a message to an opponent.
16:31Check out Chad Gable's offense.
16:36Now that's how you make a statement.
16:47I don't know how these superstars are doing it right now.
16:50They've got to be exhausted.
16:52Gable's looking to finish this.
16:54Jarvis Suplex.
16:56Just when you thought he had nothing left.
16:59Uh, yeah.
17:00There's no way this match isn't overrathed.
17:02Chad Gable wins.
17:03Chad Gable wins.
17:07Some superstars doing what they do best.
17:09Here are the highlights.
17:11Here is your winner, Chad.
17:13Here is your winner, Chad.
17:13Here is your winner, Chad.
