00:40However, it was east of Mississippi,
00:43which meant that it was part of Tennessee.
00:45The Tennessee and Kentucky had contested between them
00:48to know who had the Kentucky Bend
00:50and asked the American court of justice to try.
00:53And the court finally decided that this land would belong to Kentucky.
