01:04It's a real thing and it really does help.

01:24I tried to really turn down any warmth that I have naturally and that was hard but quite liberating.
01:31We met a legal expert and it was all about how bitchy everyone is.
01:35I stopped worrying about being like a lawyer and just thought about being like a bitch.
