00:43size in fact they account for just 15 percent of the landmass covered but contribute to 45 percent
00:48of total emissions and the amount of additional co2 that was released as the result of this increase in
00:53planetary lake surface area is the equivalent to the amount of co2 released by the entirety of the
00:58united kingdom in 2012 or what the study estimates is around 4.8 trillion grams of co2
