Marty Deeks and Kensi Blye visit a direct mailing company while investigating mysterious messages being delivered to imprisoned Navy SEAL Thomas Argento. But their straightforward questioning takes a hilarious detour when they meet Martin, an overly enthusiastic employee who shares Deeks' first name and can't seem to keep up with the conversation.

As Deeks repeatedly tries to explain who he is and what they're investigating, Martin's confusion and nonstop customer-service routine test everyone's patience. Eric Christian Olsen and Daniela Ruah bring their trademark comedic chemistry to this memorable scene from NCIS: Los Angeles Season 12, Episode 2, "War Crimes."

Watch NCIS: Los Angeles on Hulu. Streaming availability may vary by subscription and location.

00:11Oh, hi.
00:12Don't take my word for it, just ask our customers on Yelp. They'll love us there and I'm confident you
00:16will too.
00:17That's great, so I...
00:17My name is Martin. It's a pleasure to meet you. How may I assist you?
00:22I don't, is he done?
00:23Yeah, no, he's done. The man posed a question, so now it's, we get to go.
00:26Okay. Hi.
00:27Howdy.
00:27Hi.
00:28I'm Special Agent Kenzie Bly, NCIS. This is my partner, LAPD Detective Deeks.
00:32My name is Martin. It's a pleasure to meet you. How may I assist you?
00:35Yeah, you already said that part.
00:36Please don't distract him.
00:37That's a valid point. Listen, couriers from this company have been sending messages to Thomas Argento, who's been in military
00:42prison for the last five months.
00:44Oh, is that even legal?
00:45It's debatable, which is why we need to know who's been sending those messages.
00:49I'll say. What was your name again?
00:51Martin Deeks, LAPD.
00:52No way. My name is Martin.
00:54You said that.
00:54Twice, actually.
00:56Uh, yeah, sorry. We haven't sent anything to anyone named Martin Deeks, like ever.
01:03No, no, no, Martin.
01:05Um, I'm Martin Deeks. You are Martin. What we need is who's been sending messages to Thomas Argento.
01:16How do you spell that?
01:17A-R-G-E-N-T-O.
01:19Whoa, whoa, whoa. Hold your horses.
01:21Slow down.
01:23G-E-N-T-O.
01:25T-O.
01:27O.
01:28Yes, O.
01:29No, I meant O like, whoa, we've definitely been sending messages to that dude.
01:33Okay, well that's great.
01:34Do you have the name of the person who's been sending these messages?
01:37Do you want me to say it out loud?
01:39Or should I write it down?
01:40Slide it.
01:41Or I could email it to you.
01:42Or I'll text-
01:43Martin, stop.
01:44Just, if you could just turn the monitor towards us, then you don't have to use the bat signal.
01:49Just crank that thing a little bit further.
01:51There you go.
01:51Almost there.
01:51Okay.
