00:00Tuesday, a very important day across the country. It is Election Day. Both coasts generally rain free. It's cool and
00:08dry in the west of the United States. Much of the east coast is going to be rain free. Still
00:13some lingering rains in Florida where they've had all that flooding, first from the tidal flooding last week and then
00:19from all of the heavy rain over the weekend and on Monday. It's the center part of the United States
00:25that we're going to have some problems.
00:26The first area to watch, severe weather. Roughly from about St. Louis, Houston toward Baton Rouge, that area showing isolated
00:36severe storms, damaging winds, hail, flash flooding and also isolated tornadoes. Now a little farther north, it's a soaking rain
00:45from Minneapolis toward Green Bay, toward Peoria and some of the rain also gets into Chicago.
