00:25when you have states like California and New York that issue CDLs to individuals that are not qualified to drive.
00:34I don't know why it's even controversial to be having this conversation.
00:37I don't know why this is something that we have to continue to do.
00:40It should be really simple for these states to be able to revoke these driver's licenses that they issued.
