Near Karwan Bazar in Dhaka, a train is entering a curved stretch of track π. There are two parallel lines here, one up and one down. From a distance, the view looks almost beautiful.
But look closer in this RRBD video. The train roof is packed with passengers π. A few are even sitting on the engine. As the train sways through the curve, some people on the roof are still standing.
The empty track beside it is not empty either. People are walking on it and around the tracks, and the whole area is covered in dirt and garbage ποΈ.
This is dangerous β οΈ. A swaying train can throw roof riders off in a second. A train can also come on the next line without warning. Tracks are not a footpath, and a dirty, crowded area makes it even harder to stay alert.
Safety tips
Never travel on a train roof or engine π«
Don't walk on tracks, even if one line looks empty.
Keep the railway area clean and stay alert near curves π
