00:00As you know, we've been in this struggle with California to get them to remove non-citizens from their voter

00:06We've delivered a list of over 20,000 non-citizens that we suspect are on their voter rolls.
00:12Every person that we've charged last week and this morning is on that list.
00:18They are processing the ballots as we speak, which means they're removing the ballots from the envelope.
00:23When the ballot is removed from the envelope, it's done.
00:26There's no way to ever reconnect that ballot to that envelope, which is why we're asking the Supreme Court today
00:32to at least stop the bleeding and at least this point moving forward to put those envelopes in a separate
00:38pile so we can adjudicate this issue before those ballots get commingled with all the other ballots, which makes it
00:45impossible to adjudicate this.
00:48So, yeah, I mean, you're not wrong by in a couple of weeks, this, our issue, our lawsuit will basically
00:54be moot because all the ballots will have been commingled with together and there'll be no way for us to
00:59ever untangle that.
