00:00It's back. The AFC Champions League returns to our screens after a two-month hiatus and we're hitting the big
00:08time.
00:08We are in the quarterfinals of the 2019 Championship. Shanghai SIPG up against former champions Urara Reds.
00:17Hello, welcome along to the Shanghai Stadium. It is the first leg of the quarterfinals and Shanghai with all their
00:25big names,
00:25including Marko Onatovic. Our first look at him in a Shanghai shirt up against a team who always love to
00:32thrill Urara Reds.
00:36Onatovic loses out. Uwatan, Fabrizio, clattered by Wang Sengqiao. Nagasawa with the free kick. Again, five, six up.
00:52Oh, it's dropped and the referee has said goal. And it's being put in by Makino.
01:00Jin Ling attacked the ball, dropped it. Makino accepted the gift.
01:07And when he does get on the ball, he'll look dangerous.
01:16Comfortably met by Sakine. Nagasawa. Look at the run from Kuroki.
01:21And Kuroki has a chance to get a shot in. Kuroki!
01:25Two-nil!
01:31Sixth AFC Champions League goal of the campaign.
01:35And a hammer blow for Urara Reds.
01:42Bang! Into the back of Maurizio.
01:44Claims for a handball by Hulk.
01:46This conversation with the referee continues.
01:49Oscar
01:50Goes for the nutmeg.
01:53Hashioka.
01:5420 years of age.
01:56But it's broken to Oscar again.
01:58Dancers into the penalty area.
02:00Oscar penalty!
02:02Maurizio brings him down.
02:04And it's the perfect response from Oscar and Shanghai.
02:09Yeah, he got a little bit lucky there.
02:12Goalkeepers have the lecture.
02:14Hulk for Shanghai.
02:17Puts it into the corner.
02:20We have a cup tie.
02:21It's game on.
02:23Nicely done from Hulk.
02:25Goalkeeper went the right way.
02:26He just couldn't get there.
02:27Yeah, you can see Nishikawa just trying to calm his players down.
02:31Let's play.
02:36Oscar.
02:40Back flick finds Yuhai.
02:42When John Maurizio gets a challenger to penalty.
02:48Handball against Maurizio.
02:50Bodies in the penalty area.
02:52And referee is adamant.
02:54It's a handball against the Brazilian.
02:57I was just wondering what can he do from that distance as the shot came in.
03:02And where is the position of his hand as well?
03:08Well, under the new interpretation.
03:11He wasn't even looking at the ball.
03:13That's the problem.
03:14Hulk will no doubt step up for the second time.
03:18Maurizio.
03:19Here's the aggrieved party.
03:21And a yellow card, which is very, very harsh.
03:25I really have no idea what he can do.
03:28But now, it's Urala who needs to calm down.
03:36Hulk for the second time.
03:39Hulk equalizers for Shanghai SIPG.
03:44Cannons it off the crossbar and in.
03:50Takino against Seng Chao.
03:54Into the final three minutes.
03:58Nagasawa.
04:04Maurizio.
04:07Monatovic did really well.
04:09And it was just momentum that produced the foul.
04:12But that's good defending from Marco Monatovic.
04:14We've seen Hulk try a couple from this distance.
04:17How about Maurizio?
04:19Maurizio!
04:20Off the goalkeeper.
04:22Wide from Kiroki.
04:26Thunderous strike from Maurizio.
04:29Good shot, but again, you would expect John Lig to hold on to it.
04:35And Akhmadov.
04:37That's blocked.
04:38And Nagasawa.
04:40Now there's a break on here.
04:42Two on one.
04:42And the one is in the right place.
04:45Oh, that could have been.
04:47Could have been a big moment.
04:49Shimoto not happy with the foul there.
04:51You can see the frustration.
04:53But the final score is two apiece.
04:56A game of two halves.
04:57Hulk and Makino shake hands after a bruising battle between them.
05:02Hulk's two penalties.
05:03They'll uphold Shanghai back from the brink.
05:06Their fans will be happy.
05:08But the Irrara fans, I think, even happier.
05:12Go!
05:12You
