16:59blockade
17:00and you know
17:01for us
17:02it's a decade
17:03that was lost

17:06also had
17:08a bad impact
17:09with commercial
17:10relations
17:11between Venezuela
17:12and Portugal
17:13there is a chart
17:14that shows
17:15how was the
17:17exchange
17:17between Portugal

17:40where today
17:40Venezuela leads
17:42as you well know
17:43the economic growth
17:45of Latin America
17:46where the projection
17:50also puts us
17:51at the head
17:53of the growth
17:54for this year
17:552026
17:56and we want
17:58that that growth
18:03also
18:04comes
18:05with the hand
18:06of the business sector
18:07of Portugal
18:07of Europe
18:08that we participate
18:09in one
18:10single path
18:12towards
18:14the recovery
18:17of our relations
18:18including
18:19the commercial relations
18:22you know
18:23that Venezuela
18:24has been recovering
18:25its
18:28capacity
18:29of consumption
18:30in the last year
18:32there's been an increase
18:33of 23%
18:34that recovery

18:53of recovery
18:54in the last trimesters
18:55and we know
18:56where we are going
18:56we have a common program
18:58that is very clear
18:59that we are going
19:00to walk
19:02from here
19:03to 2040
19:04to make Venezuela
19:05of its capacities

19:12of energy
19:13but also
19:13an economic powerhouse
19:16diversifying
19:16all its capacities
19:18when we see
19:20the economic growth
19:24in this last
19:26third trimester
19:29we see that
19:30construction
19:31has had
19:32an extraordinary

20:32that is
20:33from Portugal
20:34or a Portuguese
20:35friend
20:38the level of
20:40togetherness
