00:00through this platform i would like to voice my opinion regarding another clause within the
00:03petition that is about the attendance criteria next year i will be in 12th and i will be tackling
00:08a lot of exams whether it be the main attempt january one the april one the boards as well
00:13as the advanced exam right so for that i need a holistic preparation but for that i also require
00:19a lot of time a lot of self-study a lot of quotient practice which is quite difficult for me
00:23to manage
00:23alongside with school right so that is something i think the organizations can reconsider on
00:30that the attendance criteria should be reconsidered because that would reduce the mental pressure on
00:36the students significantly less and that would something benefit a lot of people because a lot
00:40of pressure in class 12 is another major reason why people opt for drop rate so to solve that problem
00:47this can be another another solution and that's what i would like to say
00:50my opinion is that we don't have to change the third attempt, we need to change our mindset
00:57the third attempt is to change the third attempt because they don't have to clear it in the first
01:01or second attempt and if they don't have to clear it in the first attempt then this is the reason
01:07that perhaps their ability is not in the IIT exam, it is possible to have their ability in some other
01:15things I would like to say, they can be a good gamer, it can become a good entrepreneur
01:20so rather than focusing on this one exam they need to diversify their ambitions and
01:25explore their ambitions and there are two attempts more than enough because after the first attempt
01:29and after the second attempt it is only there to be it because in the first attempt
01:33children have to take a lot of exams, olympi art exams, bidsat etc. with that each other
01:38board exams, mains exams, advance, all within the span of three to four months
01:43That's why they might require a second attempt. But other than that, there should not be a third attempt because
01:48that would put a lot of pressure on the freshers.
01:50I have to say that people are coming to the third attempt because they need to give no paper for
01:55so-and-so reason.
01:58So if they get a third attempt, they will get an extra chance that they can crack the J-Advance
02:02paper.
02:03Or qualify or sit for their paper.
02:06But I think that this should not happen because if you sit for J-Advance 3rd attempt,
02:11if you think about newcomers, I am a newcomer, I am 11th,
02:15I will also give my J-Advance paper in 2018.
02:18There are already so many droppers that are competing with me.
02:21If there are 2,000,000 seats, then there will be less than 25,000 people who will be dropper.
02:26If there are 3rd attempt, then there will be droppers.
02:29And those who are preparing for the first time, they will also increase.
02:32If I go to the paper and give the third attempt, then there will be competition.
02:37There will be 2,000,000 people who are for 20,000 seats.
02:40But if there will be many droppers for this,
02:43if there will be a lot of droppers near 1,000,000, then I will not fight for 20,000.
02:47I will not fight for 20,000 seats.
02:48So this will be unfair.
02:50The first attempt will be fair.
02:51You will also have to pay for this petition.
02:52You will have to pay for the first J-Advance clear.
02:56But I don't think the idea is fair.
02:59I believe that there will be a solution for 3 years of advance.
03:03Because if there are 3, then the kids will 4, then the kids will 5.
03:06So we need to do it in 3 years,
03:12that we can give the exam.
03:17If we give the exam,
03:19by any chance for medical issues,
03:21or some other things,
03:22we don't give the other advance paper.
03:26I think that's the right thing to do.
03:29It's the right thing to do.
03:32It's the right thing to do.
03:33They miss their own medical issues and family issues.
03:37But then they get their own mental stress.
03:41They get their own mental stress.
03:43They get their own mental stress.
03:44They get their own attempt to get their own family.
03:45Obviously, society also speaks a lot of things.
03:48And they think about their own thoughts.
03:50So, we can see that there are some societal cases.
03:53The major problem is that the need for some time.
03:58The foundation was not there.
04:00In this case, the people have a paper for 3-4 years.
04:06So, the pressure of them was built up.
04:09So, they didn't get their own mental stress.
04:11So, they had to make their own mental stress.
04:12And so, they needed to make their own mental stress.
04:13So, this is why they needed to make their own mental stress.
04:15So, it's all about the right thing.
04:16And it's all about the right thing.
04:17And it's all about the right thing to do.
04:19So, you have a good idea.
04:29You have the right thing to do.
04:35The question for me is that
04:37if you have the right thing to do the right thing.
04:40Do you have the right thing?
04:43So, the okay thing is the right thing.
04:43Or, if you want to make your mind of your mind of your mind.
04:46It was not a lot of attempts, but due to some reasons, it was a consideration that you need to
04:52be more attempts.
04:53Rather, if you have two times, phase one and phase two,
04:57if I compare the J.E. mains and J.E. advance,
05:03I don't say that the reason is that J.E. mains,
05:07the target of the exam or our career is different.
05:14If you compare the J.E. mains, the target is different,
05:17but the J.E. advance, the target is different.
05:22One side does not fit all, again, I will say that periodically,
05:26our examination system should always review.
05:29We should not review the decision, or any decision,
05:32we should not be petition based, or any ideas,
05:35we should not be evidence based.
05:38We should not be data driven.
05:41Periodically, if we think that we will be 10 years old,
05:43we should not be based on the basis of the J.E.
05:49We should not review.
05:50If you feel your flame to review,
05:52if you feel your attention to the exam,
05:55if you feel your attention,
05:56that we could not really consider ourselves,
05:58but then, I will say,
06:00evidence, data,
06:02if you feel your attention,
06:03if you feel your attempt to be 3 times,
06:06then you need to do this.
06:08Otherwise, I think that in reply, you have to mention that you have to mention that you have to think
06:17about it, but we don't have to do the third attempt.
