00:04and then a 96-year-old man named Vito.
00:07This past week was Vito's 97th birthday and in true Vito fashion, he wanted to celebrate by throwing a Halloween
00:13birthday rager.
00:14So of course I needed to make him a cake and when I asked him earlier in the week what
00:18the key was to living such a long life, he told me it was, and I quote,
00:21to never drink cheap liquor.
00:23So I was inspired to make him a red wine chocolate cake that sat on top like fine wine.
00:29Because if I learned one thing from Vito, it is to never let your age stop you.
00:33This man lived his life to the fullest all the way up until his last moments, quite literally.
00:37At 24 years old, I honestly could not keep up with this man.
00:40He was the life of the party and unfortunately the night did not end as anticipated.
00:45Vito made a dramatic exit, but if there's any way Vito could have chosen to go out, it would have
00:49been like this.
00:50He was surrounded by people he loved, we were celebrating his long and full life, and I am just so
00:55grateful that I got to be a part of it.
