I Catfished My Rival EP 1 follows Ryan, who comes up with an unusual plan to trick his rival Blake by disguising himself as a girl named Riley. What begins as a playful attempt to make Blake fall for a fake identity soon becomes much more complicated.
During their first meeting, Blake notices Ryan's recognizable mole and immediately realizes who is hiding behind the name Riley. However, instead of exposing him, Blake decides to play along and lets the deception continue.
As Ryan spends more time pretending to be someone else, his feelings gradually become genuine. The biggest twist is that Blake has known the truth all along and has simply been waiting for Ryan to confess.
Featuring catfishing, secret identity, campus life, romantic deception, and rivals-to-lovers tension, this modern romance explores what happens when a fake crush unexpectedly becomes real.
