Space Jellyfish Appears After Rocket Launch In Florida

WooGlobe

A early-morning SpaceX Falcon 9 launch put on a stunning atmospheric display over Florida, creating a glowing 'space jellyfish' high in the sky. Lifting off from Cape Canaveral on the NASA CRS-35 resupply mission to the International Space Station, the rocket launched into pre-dawn darkness just before sunrise. As the rocket ascended, high-altitude sunlight illuminated its expanding exhaust plume against the dark sky, casting a magnificent glowing, geometric light show visible across the East Coast.
