00:0071% of women wish that they had access to a personal stylist or a trusted fashion guidance of some
00:07sort.
00:07And 68% of women wish that they had someone to help them make sense of the trends.
00:11How are you thinking about this information, Megan, and like how you can help your customer?
00:17And how are you thinking about it, Lauren, in terms of how we can help our audience?
00:21We get a lot of information from our store leaders because they are working closely with our customers.
00:26So every week we are having them share with us, like, what are the real questions women are facing?
00:31We're just really focused on listening and learning from our customers so we know how we can help solve those
00:41questions.
00:42Yeah. I was going to say something similar.
00:44I think we do a really good job and are always trying to grow in this way of listening to
00:49our audience,
00:50listening to all of our readers, and doing the research on our end to be able to best meet their
00:54needs.
00:55I think that also comes with bringing on new voices to who, what, where.
00:58We have an amazing new editor and residence program where we have moms on there.
01:02We have people who work in different industries.
01:04And I think diversifying the points of view in which we're speaking to our audience is very helpful.
01:09And I think hopefully our readers would agree that it kind of adds a new level of authority to a
01:15lot of our content.
