00:05so out they stride into a night of European destiny for Celtic lose again
00:09Celtic start for Jordan Latomba since his summer move from Feyenoord a return to
00:14European action for Cameron Carter Vickers injury to Fabio Moretti means a
00:19slightly deeper role for former Arsenal man Liagro Trossard and familiar faces
00:23up top for the fans here here's Olajtan now McGregor looking to make amends and he
00:30lent into the Besiktas mound but that's that the margins for error are slim no
00:42half-time changes to tell you about in terms of personnel
00:48I could do forward and in the thick of it but it's McGregor who meets it and the
00:53effort from range comfortably dealt with by Sam Johnston
01:01Forrest nearly brought it down but Cherney tracked his run
01:10Carter Vickers
01:20the Celtic captain losing possession Olajtan up towards Cherney now Trossard
01:30Leandro Trossard
01:34only had one so far which was that tame effort early in the second half that was
01:39comfortably fielded by Sam Johnston wonder whether this one will be decided from the
01:45bench both have match winners on there here's Forrest the 35 year old bearing down
01:52needed saving
01:56Johnson's clearance charged down by Trossard
02:02Tocca wall that's a dangerous launch from Latoma it's a penalty
02:10the contact there on the line by the look of things the line of course belongs to the penalty area
02:15I don't think there's gonna be any reprieve
02:22Olajtan it's saved by Johnston but the follow-up touched in
02:29what look like an heroic save from the Englishman in the goal for the Scots but
02:35it's all in vain because the follow-up is touched in by Junior Olajtan and
02:41Beshektas' league nine minutes into the second half
02:45Colby Donovan as well I think will come on for Latomba
02:51no surprise that 35-year-old James Forrest doesn't see the job through no
02:55surprise that we're gonna see Camilo Duran
03:02Latomba should have been a night to remember for him his first start for Celtic
03:06as it is it's his contribution giving away the penalty
03:09that will make it a night to forget unless
03:13those who come on and replace him and those already out there are able to bail him out
03:22so Tenecti, Latomba and Forrest the three who come off
03:54there's touch from Agbadoo and McGregor
03:56seizes onto it oh what an introduction that is
04:03straight off the bench and Callum Osman with his first touch has leveled it up
04:17scales and tipped over by Alexander Nubal
04:25got up well didn't he the Irish run it wasn't the cleanest of headers
04:29Agbadoo involved
04:35a top eight finish
04:38Celtic
04:40we'll see how this one ends up because this is Benjamin Negrin
04:44and that was close
04:59Negrin who's bulged the back of the net eight times in all competitions this season couldn't find the target
05:04there another chance goes a begging for the home side
05:10Saliosh Khan out
05:13and this is a real positive for Besiktas
05:16Okan Koshku actually picked up a knee injury at half-time against Hoffenheim on match day two
05:29Osman
05:30looking to slide it through for Duran
05:32it's Duran he slides at home
05:37and Celtic have turned it around
05:47it's the substitutes that have done the job for Martin O'Neill so far tonight
05:55Osmond who scored
05:59well the touch of Koktu turned out to be a kindly one for Bauer and Celtic
06:04it's Duran again Camilo Duran
06:08and then tripped home by Osman from the follow-up but the flag is up
06:16whether that was Duran initially or whether it was
06:20Osman who couldn't keep himself on side we shall find out in a moment
06:25here is Fakili
06:28Murillo
06:31Trossard
06:42only can try and prevent him getting space it's easier said than done he creates his own
06:48bounces off Lavic
06:53Kokshu
06:57Yilmaz gets here wide to this left-hand side
07:01back to Kokshu oh he squeezed it home
07:05the captain steps up just when Besiktas needed something
07:15it had the power it had the precision and Besiktas have their equaliser
07:33well Kokshu given enough space
07:40Tierney will give it a go
07:41Duran
07:51well that is some response from the home side
07:56out comes Sam Johnston and holds on
08:03and Celtic hold on
08:06a huge nine in the context of their season
