00:01Michael, we were talking about Sir Alex before and obviously you were a huge part of the success
00:05that he had as a manager here. How difficult do you think it is for the modern Manchester
00:09United to live up to those standards? There was a lot of winning, a lot of trophies
00:15and a lot of success. It's difficult to bring success. It was difficult then, it's difficult
00:21now. It takes a lot to bring that into play and it just shows you how tough it is
00:28to have sustained success, never mind moments of success. Again, we've got to live in the
00:37moment. We know what we've got to do and what we've got to point to it to bring success week
00:43to week in games and then things fall into place. If we do that enough, then you'll bring
00:51a bigger version of it. The thing is though, that version is so big and times have changed
00:56like you said before. To be judged by those standards, to be held to those standards,
01:02even looking at the way some of your former teammates and friends speak now who had the
01:06same experience as a player as you did. How impossible is it for everyone here to be able
01:11to be held to those standards? It's not impossible. Anything's possible.
01:20You've got to build. You've got to build. You've got to be realistic. You've got to put things in
01:23perspective as well. The recent history that we've had and where we want to get to, it's not going to
01:31happen in a blink of an eye. It's not going to happen overnight. Success does take time and we don't
01:37like having to spend time but it does take a period of time to build. We showed a really quick
01:43response and
01:43improved a lot last season. It shows what is possible but again, sustaining it is the key.
01:52Consistency is the key. There's no other way of doing it. There's no shortcuts to it.
01:57In the end, that's where you get to but it's definitely possible.
