YANGWANG’s all-electric hypercar—the premium brand of BYD reached 503.17 km/h (312.65 mph) on a secured section of the E11 highway in Abu Dhabi.
Driven by German racing driver Marc Basseng, it sets a new world speed record for a production car, with the achievement recognised by the FIA.
