00:00It's about everyone in this room has put it through this campaign.
00:06Enough of this, enough of what we've seen tonight happens without the energy, the enthusiasm,
00:14the determination and the positivity from every single one of you.
00:19So thank you so much for being here, for being part of our celebration tonight
00:25and for being such an important part of our campaigns over the past months.
00:30We have all been absolutely bowled away by the commitment and the energy that you've shown us.
00:36And it's worked because tonight we have seen MPs returned
00:42and we have seen extraordinary campaigns celebrated in both Selwyn with Zanita and Ina Moudrata.
00:55With amazing results and amazing party vote support for people who believe so strongly in Labour.
01:03And we also welcome into our local category Labour family three brand new MPs.
01:11Mananui
01:16George
01:20And Donald
01:25Making sure we have a super strong, supercharged Canterbury team
01:31and making sure that as Chris said in his speech, when we see those final numbers,
01:37we will be absolutely so well placed to do whatever we need to do to hopefully be the next government.
