00:01Now, as the country celebrates Diwali, Yogi Adityanath, in fact, has a gift in store for Uttar Pradesh.
00:07Chief Minister Yogi has announced a 3% DA hike for state government employees.
00:11That's a dearness allowance ahead of Diwali.
00:14This is a gift coming into lakhs of UP government employees.
00:17And the Yogi government has increased the dearness allowance for state employees from 60%, which was earlier, to now 63%.
00:24A 3% hike and the revised DA rate will be effective from the 1st of July this year.
00:32Employees will receive the benefit of the increased DA along with their November salary.
00:37Areas for the period from July to October will also be credited to July, August, September, October and November.
00:43That's a 3% hike.
00:44The areas will now be credited to the employees' PF accounts as well.
00:47Along with the state government employees, staff in aided educational institutions will also benefit from this 3% increase.
00:54Employees and employers of technical educational institutions as well as urban local bodies will also receive the benefit of the
01:01increased DA.
01:02So, this is coming in as a Diwali gift from UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on the occasion of Diwali.

01:22Yeah, this is a big, I think, a gift by the Mugi Adityanath in the state of Uttar Pradesh where
01:26we can understand the DA which has been increased up to 63% from 60%.
01:32It means that 3% directly has been, you know, credited to the accounts of those employees who are in
01:38the state of Uttar Pradesh.
01:39And first of all, we can understand that Ahead also will be credited in their PF accounts.
01:45So, it is a double e-candest gift which has been given by the Mugi Adityanath here in the state
01:50of Uttar Pradesh before Diwali.
01:53So, it is means that because of people and the employees who were waiting for a long time this day
