00:00The guy who made Escape from Tarkov just showed us a world premiere extended gameplay deep dive for his next
00:04game.
00:05And you are not ready for what is coming.
00:06It's called Fragmentary Order. It's a brutal sci-fi tactical shooter built in Unreal Engine.
00:11And it actually shares the exact same universe as Tarkov, but in space.
00:14Set in the year 2251, you don't even play as a human anymore.
00:18You pilot expendable, remote-controlled combat clones called Repents.
00:21That means when you die, your body is gone, but your consciousness gets backed up.
00:24To recover your teammates' gear, or maybe even their mind, you literally have to rip the memory chip right out
00:29of their dead clone's skull mid-firefight.
00:32And now, hold on tight, because this game is going to be even harder and less forgiving than Tarkov.
00:36Completely redefining the extraction genre with mid-match gun modding, deployable drones, and terrifying synth AI enemies.
00:42Alpha testing starts later this year, but it'll cost anywhere from $45 to $80 to jump in early.
00:47So, not sure how I feel about this, despite the game itself looking phenomenal.
00:51What's your first impression of this project?
00:52Does a hardcore space Tarkov sound like your next obsession?
00:55Or is the entry barrier for an Alpha too high?
