Human woman Ivy married Lucian, the heir of a werewolf family, and helped him suppress the family's hereditary curse through regular blood offerings. Over seven years, she accompanied him in rebuilding the family's power and bore him a mixed-blood son, yet she was always regarded by aristocratic circles as an inferior human wife. On the eve of her son's birthday, Ivy came home and caught her husband biting the neck of a girl he had been helping, forming a pact with her.
