🦇 **How to Make an Origami Bat for Halloween | Step-by-Step Paper Folding Tutorial**
In this tutorial, I'm making a Halloween origami bat using suitable, thin, and flexible paper to achieve better folds and a neat finish.
Previously, I tried making this bat using art paper, but the results weren't quite right. Art paper is thicker and more rigid, making some folds difficult to complete. Even the bat's wings couldn't move properly because of the paper's stiffness.
That's why choosing the right paper is so important in origami!
For this tutorial, I'm using proper origami paper, which makes folding easier, helps create sharper creases, and allows the wings to move more freely.
**A few tips from my experience:**
- Avoid thick art paper or chart paper for intricate origami models.
- Use newspaper for practising, but be careful because thin corners can tear during repeated folding.
- Choose thin, flexible origami paper for your final model.
Follow along and create your own spooky paper bat for Halloween! 🎃👻
