Doctors are expected to say Friday if they think former Bosnian Serb military leader and war crimes suspect Ratko Mladic is fit to appear in court after his arrest Thursday. Early on Friday Mladic's wife and son arrived at the special court where Mladic is being held - it is not known if they were able to see him.
