A happier day in court for Lindsay Lohan.
The actress who's on probation for Driving under the Influence, and theft of a 2,500 dollar necklace got the thumbs up from a Los Angeles judge for meeting the terms of her probation.
SOUNDBITE Judge Stephanie Sautner, saying (English):
"I'm pleased to say she's done it all, on schedule. So just keep doing what you're doing and you appear to be doing it well. The probation officer has written a favorable report as has the volunteer center. So we'll see you back here at 10 o'clock February 22. Remember 15 days by that date and five counseling sessions."
Sautner has given Lohan a rigid schedule of community service work and therapy sessions.
Lohan pleaded no contest on May 11 to a misdemeanor grand theft charge involving the necklace.
She was placed on three years probation and ordered to spend 120 days in jail.
She was also told to complete 480 hours of community service to which she had been previously sentenced for violating her probation in a 2007 misdemeanor DUI case.
Lohan's next court hearing is on February 22.
