One person has been killed and 27 others wounded in an explosion in southeast Turkey. The blast apparently targeted a police car in the mostly Kurdish city of Hakkari. No one immediately claimed responsibility but Kurdish rebels fighting for autonomy have placed roadside bombs in the past. http://www.euronews.net/
