An international donors' conference in London is hoping to help save the lives of millions of children in the world's poorest countries.
The Global Alliance for Vaccines and Immunisation (GAVI) is seeking $3.7bn to innoculate against the deadliest preventable diseases.
Over the next four years, GAVI plans to immunise 240 million children, to protect against diseases such as pneumococcal pneumonia, Hib Disease, Diptheria, whooping cough, tetanus, measles and rotavirus.
By vaccinating against all those, GAVI says it can help save 4 million children by 2015.
From North Eastern Kenya, Catherine Soi reports on the impact new vaccines have had on children under five years old.
