Mexican police have arrested a cartel member they say is behind the killings of 22 people in the resort town of Acapulco this month.
Meanwhile, the Mexican government has admitted it was fooled by a hoax that caused a factory worker to be mistakenly identified as the leader of a prominent drug cartel.
