Iraqi firefighters douse flames after double car bombs explode in Kirkuk.
Three people were killed and at least 10 others wounded in the blasts that struck within 10 minutes of each other.
The car bombs were around 300 metres apart.
The oil rich city of Kirkuk - 250 km north of the Iraqi capital - is home to a mix of ethnicities, mostly Kurds, Arabs and Turkmen.
The city is part of a dispute between Baghdad's Shi'ite led government and Kurdistan over who controls the territory and its vast crude oil reserves.
