Egypt military sets out its powers

More than a year after a bloody uprising that toppled a dictatorship that spanned three decades, Egyptians are waking up to another reality. he Supreme Council of the Armed Forces [SCAF], has made a last minute power grab leaving the new incoming president with very limited powers.  On Sunday they made their terms explicit. Al Jazeera's Mike Hanna reports from Cairo.
