Turkey's foreign minister, Ahmet Davutoglu, is meeting the President of Iraq's Kurdistan, Massoud Barzani to discuss the violence in Syria.

Turkey has accused Syria of allowing Kurdish rebels a free hand in the north of the country, and is concerned that the conflict could spill over Syria's borders.
