Did mob react to Tytler's speech?

Last Thursday Jagdish Tytler addressed thousands of Congress workers in Bhubaneswar. While speaking to the gathering Tytler in his speech said, "Five thousand soldiers are guarding them inside the Assembly. They are being protected in Army style as if we are from Pakistan. Today we will break everything, we will go to jail. Break everything. Halla bol."
