Champions in 2009 but three years later Deccan Chargers (DC) is struggling for survival in the Indian Premier League (IPL). The Chargers franchise invited a sole bid from PVP Ventures a film production company from Chennai, a bid of Rs 900 crore which was not acceptable to the owners.
