"I would be very happy to debate with Mr Robert Vadra and let me just clarify that I am willing to debate but we have divided our responsibilities," said Kejriwal, activist, India Against Corruption, on a day that his allegation drew a detailed explanation from the Bhupinder Singh Hooda Government.
