An appeal court in the United States has overturned a ban on the sale of Samsung's Galaxy Nexus smartphone.
It is all part of a multi-faceted battle over patents between Apple and Google, whose software powers many of Samsung's devices.
Apple won a billion dollars in damages in August when a jury found that Samsung had copied vital features of the iPhone and iPad.
