Heavy rain and wind in Haiti swept away dozens of tents in a camp outside the capital Port-au-Prince which houses thousands of homeless Haitians. Angry residents were forced to seek shelter elsewhere. The humber of people in relief tent camps has nearly doubled to 1.6 million, instead of shrinking. This comes as former US President Bill Clinton visited Haiti to mark the six month anniversary of January's earthquake which killed as many as 300,000 people and left over a million homeless.
