Chief Minister of Goa Manohar Parrikar has questioned the Supreme Court order over the mining crisis in Goa. The CM has strongly objected to the SC's ruling on mining, saying that it has created a mess-like situation in Goa. The SC, in its recent verdict, has stopped extraction and transport of major minerals in the state of Goa in the wake of Justice M B Shah Commission's findings regarding illegal mining.
