All eyes were on AICC General Secretary Rahul Gandhi as Prime Minister Manmohan Singh reshuffled his Cabinet. Although it was evident that Rahul will not make the new list of Ministers, there was always an opportunity for a late twist but it was not to be and as the Prime Minister made it clear later. It was not for want from his side but Rahul's wishes which finally prevailed, team Rahul though got a minor boost. The new list of Ministers sees prominent responsibilities bestowed upon members seen as generation next of Congress.
