United Progressive Alliance's (UPA) big reshuffle seemingly is an attempt for a drastic image makeover ahead of the crucial 2014 elections. As much as 17 new faces were included in the Cabinet including prominent party spokesperson Manish Tewari who was elevated to the Minister of State independent charge.
