Notwithstanding the anti-Koodankulam nuclear plant protests that are increasing, the Government is now faced with diplomatic wars over the nuclear plant in Tamil Nadu from the Russians and Sri Lankans. With Russia saying that protests have intensified with fresh influx of foreign money. Meanwhile, Sri Lankan Government has demanded a say in the monitoring mechanism of the plant.
