At least 205 people have been killed and nearly 400 injured after Israel launched air strikes on Gaza City. Israeli military officials said more than 100 tonnes of bombs were dropped on Gaza by mid-afternoon on Saturday. Israel says the attacks are in retaliation for Hamas rocket fire on southern Israel.
